So my sister told MY MOTHER that I couldn't make it out tomorrow night and my Mom said "AWE, SHUCKS!" WTF? Has anyone used that phrase since 1985? really? AND more importantly does anyone really know what that means???

1.Shucks is a portmanteau of the words "shit" and "fuck". Instead of saying "shit-fuck", you'd say "shucks".
You can mask the word all you want but we all know what you are really trying to say!
